DirecTV Receivers.
All sales final no returns or exchanges on any DirecTV Receiver.
Shipping Policy:
We can not ship cable of 500 or 1000 ft Next Day Air.
Domestic Shipments:
25% restocking fee on any returns or exchanges.
All returns and exchanges must have a RMA Number from SatPro.tv.
No returns or exchanges after 5 days from order date.
You must include a copy of a SatPro.tv receipt with any return or exchange.
All sales are final.
International Shipments:
SatPro.tv (SatPro LLC)Is not responsible for any lost or missing products shipped out side of the Continental United States(USA). Purchaser assumes all responsibilities and Risks involved with International Shipments .SatPro will provide all shipping documents and tracking numbers when requested. All International shipments are final. Any International shipping claims must be made by the purchaser to the shipping company.
SatPro.tv. Does not accept returns in general.
All Products purchased from SatPro.tv come with a full manufacturer’s warranty.
Manufacturer Restrictions: Several manufacturers have imposed no-return restrictions on us. All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects. Due to certain manufacturers' return policies, you will be required to contact those manufacturers to repair, replace or return your products.
Proof of purchase may be required.
If you receive a defective product out of the box, please contact SatPro.tv. Customer Service via email immediately so that a SatPro.tv customer service agent can further direct you. A Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) request must be made within 3 days of receipt of product. An RMA # must be included with any shipment of product back to SatPro.tv. Buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping to SatPro.tv.
All products must be received by our Warehouse within 10 days of receipt of an RMA #. RMA items received after 10 days will be refused. All RMA numbers must appear on the shipping label of your packing slip. All items must be returned in the same condition with original packaging, including all blank warranty cards, manuals, cables, accessories, components, etc. For your protection, when returning product use a tractable shipping method.
SatPro.tv shall have sole discretion as to the credit method for any returned item(s). We may issue a credit, ship a replacement product, or we may repair the item and return it to you.
Non Refundable and Non Returnable Items.

* Any bulk shipments of Five or more.
* ALL LNB’s.
* International Orders.
* All Satellite Dishes.
* All Remote Controls.
* Rechargeable batteries.
* ALL Switches.
* Clearance Items.
* Special Orders.
* Any Shipping charges.
Shipping Damages and Shortages:
· Shipping damages and or shortages must be reported to the shipping carrier within 3 days.
· No returns after 20 days from order date. RMA Number required for any return.
· SatPro.tv is not responsible for any shipping damages or shipping claims.
