Shop with confidence! SatPro.tv's Best Price guarantee includes competitive price matching at the time of order as well as after-sale price protection. Items with mail-in rebates, coupons, private offers, auctions, open box items, items offered below SatPro.tv’s actual cost, limited quantity and close out items or other promotions or offers and may not be used in conjunction with other discounts.

 

For Phone and Web customers. At the point of sale, SatPro.tv will match the advertised price of the product, including shipping charges! against other online resellers. Phone and web customers must call 305-259-4255 to request a price match and supply the sales service representative with proof of the lower price by providing the URL of the competitor’s web page or current advertisement that shows the lower price.

 

Store price match policy. The Point of Sale/Store Price Match Policy does not apply to bundled items, free items, pricing errors, mail-in offers, offers, out of stock, items offered below SatPro.tv’s actual cost, or limited quantity items, clearance items, open-box items, and used/refurbished items.

Special Order Trolling Motors.

As of 01-01-2021 All trolling motors are considered special orders.  The average wait time is from1-8 months depending on the model. Refunds/Cancellations can only be issued with in the 30 day purchase date.  

 

Because of the nature of certain products and sold or provided by SatPro.tv the following items are non-returnable:

  •      Items that are damaged or abused, missing any accessories, missing the UPC, or serial/identification numbers or are not in the original  packaging.
  •      Installed or used marine electronics or parts.
  •      Satellite or cable signal meters.
  •      Used or assembled satellite dishes and or satellite receivers.
  •      Bulk orders and or special orders.
  •    Battery Chargers and Batteries
  •    Life Rafts or any life saving electronic equipment
  •    All Marine Electronics
  •    Trolling Motors

 

 

Refunds

Refunds for orders purchased with a major credit card account or with PayPal, will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds can take up to 15 days depending on the payment method.

 

 

Return Procedure

All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. Please verify the product you are returning meets the below guidelines and qualifies for return to avoid any delay in, or denial of, processing your return. Return processing may take up to 7 business days from the time your product is received.

Their will be a 25% restocking fee for any return. Shipping costs are not refundable.

 

Inspection Criteria

1.   Products must be in the original manufacturers packaging and be in 100% new condition, and shipped securely.

2.   Products must be complete with any standard certification labels originally placed and not tampered with.

3.   Product serial number, or any similar identification numbers, must match the serial number on the package or invoice.

4.   Products must be free from damage of any type, including, but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement or indication of removed screws or protective seals.

5.   Products so labeled with a security seal, must have the seal intact and not tampered with.

 

 

 

Return Authorization Number

Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number, you may request a Return Authorization Number (RA) within 20 days of the original purchase date. RA numbers expire after 10 days, but we encourage you to return the product as soon possible. Any return we receive without a valid RA number will be documented and rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

Return Shipping

For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. SatPro.tv shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable. At our discretion, SatPro.tv may reimburse shipping charges related to the return or exchange of defective products inside the U.S. only.

 

 

International Shipments: 

SatPro.tv is not responsible for any lost or missing products shipped outside of the Continental United States. Purchaser assumes all responsibilities and risks involved with international shipments. SatPro.tv will provide all shipping documents and tracking numbers when requested. The purchaser must make any international shipping claims to the shipping company they selected.

 

 

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

There are no other express warranties or conditions respecting the equipment. Implied warranties, if any, are limited to the duration of the express warranty provided herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so that the foregoing limitation may not apply to you.

 

ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. SatPro.tv reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. SatPro.tv reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $1500.00 USD must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.

 

 

TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, SatPro.tv shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. SatPro.tv shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, SatPro.tv shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge.

 

 

 

PROCESSING TIME

Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment.

 

 SHIPPING AND HANDLING RATES


Our customer-friendly shipping schedule is calculated on the ACTUAL WEIGHT or DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT of your shipment and the type of shipping that you specify (ground, air or overnight). Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all orders placed with us. If your order must be shipped in multiple boxes, or in separate shipments in the event an item is not in stock and must ship at a later date, shipping and handling charges for the entire order will be assessed at the point when the first item is shipped. We charge only ONCE for shipping and handling, for the entire order. If the item(s) on your order are in-stock, we will ship them as soon as possible from our warehouse or from one of our Distribution Warehouses located throughout the United States. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the backordered inventory in our warehouse.

TOTAL TIME FOR DELIVERY

Total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 24 hours to 10 days for in-stock items.

Collection And Legal Fee's.
Customer agrees to pay all collection and legal fee's for any disputed payment charges for items that  been delivered and signed for.
