Terms and Conditions: Rev 11.15 Satisfaction Guarantee and Return Policy 

Your satisfaction is our goal! Every product we sell is backed by the manufacturer's warranty as well as’s satisfaction guarantee for most products. If a product you purchase fails to meet your needs, please review the information below and return it to us within 30 days of receipt, and we will be pleased to arrange an exchange or refund. Returns must be in a "new" resalable condition, including all manuals, components and accessories, and in the manufacturer’s original packaging.

Items with mail-in rebates, coupons, private offers, auctions, open box items, items offered below’s actual cost, limited quantity and close out items or other promotions or offers and may not be used in conjunction with other discounts. 

For Phone and Web customers

At the point of sale, will match the advertised price of the product, including shipping charges! against other online resellers. Phone and web customers must call 305-259-4255 to request a price match and supply the sales service representative with proof of the lower price by providing the URL of the competitor’s web page or current advertisement that shows the lower price. 

Store price match policy

The Point of Sale/Store Price Match Policy does not apply to bundled items, free items, pricing errors, mail-in offers, offers, out of stock, items offered below’s actual cost, or limited quantity items, clearance items, open-box items, and used/refurbished items. 

Closeout Items. 

Products marked “Closeout” are considered All Sales Final no returns or exchanges. 

Because of the nature of certain products and sold or provided by the following items are non-returnable:

  • Items that are damaged or abused, missing any accessories, missing the UPC, or serial/identification numbers or are not in the original packaging.
  • Installed or used marine electronics or parts.
  • Satellite or cable signal meters.
  • Used satellite dishes and or satellite receivers.
  • Bulk orders and or special orders. 
  • Multiswitches
  • Products that have been altered to work with equipment not originally designed for.


Refunds for orders purchased with a major credit card account or with PayPal, will be issued to the original payment method. 

Refunds Returns.

Return refunds can only be issued only after merchandise has been returned to our office with a valid RA# Number. Return shipping fee's are not refundable.

Return Procedure

All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. Please verify the product you are returning meets the below guidelines and qualifies for return to avoid any delay in, or denial of, processing your return. Return processing may take up to 7 business days from the time your product is received. 

Inspection Criteria

  1. Products must be in the original manufacturers packaging and be in 100% new condition, and shipped securely.
  2. Products must be complete with any standard certification labels originally placed and not tampered with.
  3. Product serial number, or any similar identification numbers, must match the serial number on the package or invoice.
  4. Products must be free from damage of any type, including, but not limited to dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement or indication of removed screws or protective seals.
  5. Products so labeled with a security seal, must have the seal intact and not tampered with. 

Return Authorization Number

Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number, you may request a Return Authorization Number (RA) within 20 days of the original purchase date. RA numbers expire after 10 days, but we encourage you to return the product as soon possible. Any return we receive without a valid RA number will be documented and rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

Return Shipping

For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable. At our discretion, may reimburse shipping charges related to the return or exchange of defective products inside the U.S. only. 

International Shipments is not responsible for any lost or missing products shipped outside of the Continental United States. Purchaser assumes all responsibilities and risks involved with international shipments. will provide all shipping documents and tracking numbers when requested. The purchaser must make any international shipping claims to the shipping company they selected. 
*Satpro does not warranty in any way international shippments. 


There are no other express warranties or conditions respecting the equipment. Implied warranties, if any, are limited to the duration of the express warranty provided herein. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts so that the foregoing limitation may not apply to you. 


Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. All orders placed over $1500.00 USD must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. 


In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. 


Your order is thoroughly reviewed by our Credit Card Department to ensure that the order is accurate, the payment method is valid, and you are authorized to use this payment method. Once your order has passed the rigorous review by our Credit Card Department, it is sent to our warehouse for shipment.
